Window sticker doesnt match

Hi everyone.

My truck is now reading "in production". I now have a window sticker but it does not match what I ordered. Should I be concerned?

My sticker says I ordered a white AWD ecoboost XLT with spare tire, 4K, and Co-Pilot. What I ordered was a cactus grey AWD ecoboost XL with the 4K package

I bet they just tied the wrong window sticker to your vin… give it a day or two and see if it gets straightened out.

That’s a blue window sticker, I think customer order window stickers are green.

I second this as the issue but I bet it is unlikely they will fix it. It is likely that no one knows to the screw up but you and everyone at the MTC.

To fill orders at this point Ford will send you a truck and you will take it and like it!

It could be that the link has the wrong VIN in it. Look at the URL for the page that shows that wrong window sticker. It will probably look something like this:

https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=3FTTW8E3XNRA??????

If the VIN is wrong, replace it with your VIN and see if that helps.

The order number is different than my order number as well. I tried to track this vehicle using the info on the window sticker and it said it was invalid

My first emailed paperwork from Ford listing my selection was correct. XLT 2.0 EB FWD. However, my window sticker is showing AWD. Anyone else having similar issue?
