I was surprised that the Trails weigh more than the classic AT3Ws. That's why I went Toyo. Weight savings is significant.
The Toyos and Wildpeak AT3Ws are my final contenders if I ultimately go 245. If I end up shooting for 255s instead, Toyos won't be an option so my decision will pretty much be made for me.

Going from Tremor size 235s to 245s is only 1.7% larger diameter according to the tiresize.com Redd posted not the 3.5% when compared to 225s Redd posted. Thanks Redd either way for showing the web site. Not a big hairy deal size wise.
Funny that these "Wildpeak All Season" tires look more aggressive than their "Wildpeak All Terrain" tires but hey it's their company and they can call them what they like. Initially thought it was an Amazon mistake but Tire Rack agrees so it is what it is.
Yeah, not a big deal size wise. I noticed the same thing when researching the Peaks last year. I was concerned about the noise as these tires were going on my wife's car. Rest assured even if they "look" more aggressive they are very quiet tires. All in all, IMHO having run them for over a year now, they are a very high quality All Weather tire.
