Actually I see your a Packers fan so guessing not here, but you visit. Can’t believe what they are paying Roger’s!😜
Haha! Yeah, definitely overpaid him. I don't live there, but my wife is Bayamon so we go visit pretty regularly. There's another beach near there that we really like Playa Pastillo. Are you from there or a transplant from the States?

Thanks so much for sharing these pics, beauty of a truck! When mine arrives, I am intending to put a 10' SUP & kayak in the bed, but was thinking about using the tailgate in the halfway position to reduce the angle sticking out and be able to use the add'l tiedowns off the gate as well - any chance you could take a pic of your boards in that gate position for comparison? Would really appreciate it.
Here are some pics for you, I got my new Cooper Adventurer ATs 265/65/17 installed yesterday and immediately headed to test in the sand and they gripped really well and the additional width was noticeable. The halfway position as you can see in the pic is not really halfway. I'm posting pics of halfway, then flat, then up position which is my preferred to avoid my boards being rear ended. The truck is sweet!

Thanks so much for doing that. If my truck ever comes I may use halfway gate with the cord tucked behind the post to give just a bit more lift, but this is all so helpful.

Enjoy that truck!

This thread is pretty old now, but I have been looking to see if anyone is running 265/65/17s. It looks like your one of the few. I wanted to see; how they fit?, Do you have any lift?, and did you have to do any clearancing? I am wanting to put this size on mine when the stock ones ware out. I am hoping to do a strut lift at the same time.

Hey there, yes, still running them and super pleased with this size. I have no rubbing or issues when running off road whether sand or rough rutted out places here in Puerto Rico. I am not running a lift but I plan to put on a short 1-2" kit as one road I like to take to a beach which is more like a trail I could use more height in a couple spots where I have to just inch the vehicle ahead. Another reason for having wider tires here in Puerto Rico is many of our roads are very narrow and it helps with oncoming vehicle to be able to move over and still have an inch or two on the pavement.

Thanks for replying. I think I am definitely going with this size. Personally I just love the look of the widest tire possible. Also, the functionality is great.
