Considering a mild lift for my hybrid AWD. These are the two best options that I have found. I like that the Flatout has a heavier spring option, as I have a 300 lb GoFast Camper on my bed, but the stock suspension seems OK and the HRG kit looks more comprehensive. Anyone running either of these? Experiences? Which would you choose, and why? Thx!

Have heard decent things about Flatout Suspensions. I'm not interested in lifting my AWD Hybrid as I don't view it as an offroad vehicle - any suspension modification for me would have to include upgraded shocks and increased suspension travel for it to be worth it.

I am most likely to install heavy duty springs or air bags which will help for towing a camper that will push the limits on tongue weight and towing capacity.

Flatout, all day. I have not used their maverick suspension*. Anything ive purchased from Flatout has been perfect. I currently have their GR40 coilovers on both of my Subies.

Why not go with Rough Countrys complete suspension kit? its around the same price.

I just don’t hear good things about RC. One other appealing option that I found is a Bilstein B8 shock and strut lift. Bilstein Lift

For most rides, I would not use them because there are too many options available. My Jeep is all Tereflex/Metal Cloak and my Subarus are on Flat out GR40. Ill be lowering my Maverick, otherwise id probably go with the RC complete kit.
My Brother and I installed it on his 24 XLT and its a solid kit. Rides well, and seems to perform well enough for a street rig. He has around 33k on the lift and has not had any issues.
The Bilstein seems like a good option too, as you pointed out. A full kit is always better than spacers.

Either way you go, dont rush to "just get it lifted". I am of the opinion "BUY ONCE, CRY ONCE". Otherwise doing it twice gets really expensive.

You can also look at Zone off-road. They have a similar kit but I think it is only for the front. It is a 1"lift so not too aggressive more designed to make the front level with the back, but with oversized tires you could probably get around 2" of total lift.

I'd just get bigger wheels the MAV cv axles are a weak point that'll stress them.

Do you really need a lift? Why did you get a Maverick then?
Keep it stock, get bigger 245's tires instead
