Where was your Eco Boost engine made? Spain, Cleveland or elsewhere?

My Wife’s Eco Boost was made at the Valencia Engine Plant in Valencia Spain. it’s stamped VEP on the engine. Just curious, I heard on some YouTube Videos that that was the better engine option. What are we all finding out, if anything? And , ultimately, does it really matter?
