Yea, I decided to test out my tow package by renting a camper and driving to Chaco Canyon National Park in the 4 corners region of New Mexico. Was definitely a fun trip that tested the limits of my truck.

I haven’t been to 4 corners or Chaco yet, but I was in Joshua tree and up to big bear in my Scion xB. LOL so I can only imagine the funs and concerns you had on that trip.
I am so torn between making my Maverick an old-school mini truck slammed to the ground, which would probably be one of the worst things in southern Louisiana, and between raising it like a Marty McFly 80s truck.
But I’ve got time to think about it and either way it goes, there’s things I can do that I am going to enjoy doing to the Maverick.

Getting my oil changed at Jimmy Granger Ford in Natchitoches and they've got 3 Mavericks on the lot if anyone is looking. A white xlt FX4, grey metallic xlt FX4, and a cactus grey tremor lariat. Looks like 3700 in dealer add-ons, not sure how much they'll negotiate here.

Bought me a Maverick just before Christmas, actually found a FX4 Terrain that came in the morning I bought it and the customer who ordered it refused delivery. I am in Leesville..Vernon Parish.
