where is Speed Limit Information Function (SLIF)?

I have a 2023 Lariat, the navigation displays the posted speed limit.

CarPlay and the Waze app will show you the current speed limit or at least what Waze thinks the speed limit is.

yes, it will do that if you have factory navigation.
