Haven't seen any Mavericks. Actually haven't noticed any 2022 vehicles from any brand for that matter.
I was also curious about the result in Canada... thank you.

I have seen a few at the dealer, and one on the road today. It was a XL Work truck for the local energy Co.
Interesting already in the field as a company rig....
Bet we will see any number of the XL’s entering company/fleet services once they get up to speed on production.

I live in one of Boston’s “bedroom” communities.
Fifty years ago this month, I got my discharge, bought a
Honda 750 to commute to work, (froze my butt off, coming from a tropical deployment!), and ordered a Datsun 240z. Didn’t get it ‘til
August. Thought I’d have the first in town. Nope…….one beat me by about a month.
Now……..due to take delivery last week in Jan, thought I’d be first in town. But Noooooo……..there’s a black EB running around
town. So I’ll be #2 again……half a century apart.
I know……..bitch, bitch, bitch!
Thanks for your service ..... from a fellow, same time frame
“ in country graduate”.You know how to pick winners and it shows in the first Z and now the Mav....
Well done and I hope you enjoy the ride ✔🇺🇸

I have had probably 5 people ask/talk to me about mine since I picked it up in October. The first person was within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership in a nearby gas station whilst putting on the temporary plate the dealer forgot to put on.

I’ve seen around 4 or 5 driving around town during my morning commute but haven’t been able to ask them their story of getting theirs.
Thanks....
You mentioned 4 or 5 and that sounds like a higher nimbler than most of the folks commenting. You are in a Maverick hot spot 😇

Saw one on 11/15 in a parking lot. I know the date because it was an hour after I officially ordered mine. I pretty much stalked the poor guy to talk to him. He was very receptive but would not let me drive it, some people today. 🤷🏻‍♂️
🤔🤣

Haven’t seen a single one in person yet and I live near a very populated city, so I’m surprised! Who knows, maybe the first one I see will be my own…
Hope that is true for you ...
Good luck and I’ll bet it’s worth the wait when you get behind the wheel ✔🇺🇸

I drove mine off the lot on 10/10/21 and it took me until the middle of December to see Maverick in the wild, and that one had WA plates. Living in Sacramento and taking road trips all over the state I am surprised I haven't seen a few more.

I've had people ask me about my truck in parking lots, seen people taking pictures of it as I drive past them, and even had a guy stop and talk to me at my house because he saw it in the driveway.

Interesting response and not surprised that folks are curious about your new ride. Hopefully and I’ll bet it’s true, the curious are being respectful and honestly grateful for the chance to see and hear about this lil truck...
Enjoy the ride ✔🇺🇸

I think that’s the yet-to-be-introduced Platinum model, in a limited special color “Furry Brown”.
I wonder how long the wait will be for this “special” model ? .... 😅

I live in moderately sized town in Central Texas and actually have seen both a Santa Cruz and Maverick. The Maverick lives 2 doors down from me on my street. Apart from that, nothing. The Ford dealer I purchased from has only seen two, mine and one that they had to deliver to Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown for an Austin resident. From what I can gather, Austin Texas has been buying these up like crazy. Still...I'm the only one I've seen on the highways thus far. I commute daily to Waco. To and from, that's 90 miles. No mavericks......except for the one in my garage door or at the neighbors.
Thanks ....
So if Austin has been a hot market then Fords homework seems to be holding up. Many younger folks and probably a good mix of folks that never have owned or even considered a pickup. Austin has grown fast and the city is changing rapidly..........
Enjoy your new ride... ✔🇺🇸

I saw a alto blue pulling a boat headed toward Salorville Lake in Iowa just before Xmas. Saw a v blue on the lot a week after I ordered early November. Pretty, but bare for options it was. Saw a Santa Cruz in Indianola, IA last week. But boy, sure see a lot of f150's out there!
Ours will be an Iowa issued Granger Ford unit....
C’ya some time in ‘22 Iowa.
Thanks for the input...✔🇺🇸

Spotted one in San Diego in early December. I have not encountered any others since then :(
San Diego here also, I've only seen 2 this whole time and one had Mexican plates haha
I've seen 1 Santa Cruz, I noticed it on the freeway behind me because of its horrendous grille of lights.

I saw a guy driving one on my route to work (North Houston/Woodlands/Conroe) and we were pumped to see each other. I get asked about mine all the time though. People really seem to like it. For whatever reason, the Maverick hits different than say the Sport trac etc.
