Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

I am on the other end of this. I have the only two I've seen. I came out of Home Depot and a guy wad taking pictures of mine and had a bunch of questions. His was a July order and had a build date of 12/20 or Jan 20. Said he is a member here also.

I’m having the exact opposite experience. I’ve had my Maverick just over 1 month now. I’ve driven it 1500 miles around a city (suburbs really) w 195,000 people. I’ve never had ANYONE ask me about it. Not at lowes, the gas station, the gym, the grocery store…

Dude you're in Ohio. Go fet that new hybrid John Deere and watch them lose their minds!

I've had mine for going on 3 weeks now, and over the weekend just finally saw the only other one I've seen in the state of NH (parked at the same hiking trailhead that I was at...go figure).

I've had so many random conversations in grocery store parking lots, it's been kinda awesome. People are genuinely intrigued by the truck. A lot of them didn't even realize it was something that Ford offered.

Oh, and the Cactus Gray color gets a LOT of compliments

First one I saw was when I picked mine up at the dealer. Not one before, and not one since.
In the past whenever I got a new-to-me vehicle, I would 'all of a sudden' start seeing them everywhere. Must be a mental thing.
Hasn't worked with Mavericks.

I have seen one in the wild that was not on the lot in Greenville, SC. Its was an alto blue* XLT FX4 package, he pulled up beside me and waved. #MavGang

So we live in a mid sized city in a populous state with 5 Ford dealers within 30 miles of each other but I have only seen 7 actual rigs and only at the dealers.
Today I spotted this fresh off the truck Hybrid Lariat at a dealer awaiting its prep time... first eyes on a Lariat and hybrid for me personally. Never have seen a truck out on the road. I have seen and touched an XL, XLT, AWD and now this white Lariat. Like I said 7 total in the mix.
I am a car/truck guy and can spot vehicles way off........ just not seeing many yet. I know they are being built and sold but it’s odd for me not to see someone out showing their new truck off
I feel deprived...., yet hopeful when deliveries ramp up.

I've owned mine since October 19th, I've only seen two other Mavs since taking delivery of mine. One white XL, and one Area 51 XLT.

The only Maverick I've seen was at the dealership and belonged to the service guy, so I couldn't sit in it. Haven't seen one otherwise.

The other day I saw 2 in one day, a double header so to speak. I've been tracking mine on the Union Pacific tracker, and then the Forfolk Southern tracker, to where it ended at the Wayne Assembly plant in Wayne, MI. I went down there to see if I could see it, and the yard was full of them! Mavericks everywhere! They wouldn't let me in the yard, I could only see them through the chain link fence.

I've been fortunate to see 2 in passing in the town I live in. Seems to be a popular vehicle in our area. The first I saw was a carbon gray XLT, the other was a velocity blue lariat. Wish I would have had time to stop and ask questions.

I have yet to see one in the DFW area. A friend went to California over the holidays and said they were everywhere.
