I have a leer hf650m, got it on sale from amazon, I really like it. it was a little finnicky to install, but probably because this is my first tonneau cover for my first truck. It feels sturdy, folds up and doesnt block the third brake light, and can be locked in either vertical, or 3/4 open position.

That roll up one seems nice too, the leer is so easy to fold up that its just not a huge deal for me.

Leer HF650M also got my vote. 1st one I got had a panel that separated. Sent a pic to Leer and they replaced it. EXCELLENT customer service.

If water isn't a concern it does work with the Elevate TS rails after removing the weather striping between the 2. I used black silicone instead. Due to the Elevate rails adding some height and them not extending fully to the cab it is difficult to get a seal near the cab. Still working on some solutions for that.

Do the hard and soft roll-ups still rely on Velcro along the sides?
Depends on the brand. Leer HF650m uses latches at the tailgate, 3rd and 4th panels. Not sure why they skip the 2nd other than it's so short. The x4s and x4ts I believe also do not use velcro.
