What is needed to add tow hooks to non fx4?

It can't really be done. There is a welded bracket that the tow hooks screw into that is not present on the non FX4 models. If you search for Mr. Boom on youtube he has a video all about it.

Bummer. I like the look.
Putting them on for looks only will be a real drag in 10 years when I forget they are for looks only and try to pull something.

While I won't mount tow hooks to mine after seeing that not all the mounting points will be there, I do see the forward most mounts as a good place to mount a fog light bracket.
