Oh! On the way to the Bike Shop = I traveled 40 miles in my Hybrid, 45.3 mpg and 16 of the miles were Electric. I went the speed limits. Highest 55. Rural.

My son and I ride e-bikes. I was wondering what hitch mount bike rack everyone is using? There seems to be a bunch of them out there! Our bikes weigh between 50-55 lbs each and are both the step through models w/o a top bar. I've seen name brands like Thule and Yakima, and others I've never heard of. I'm not looking to spend a small fortune on them.

I'm not a fan of the tailgate cover nor a fan of the Ford hack to remove the front wheel and mount the fork on a quick release mechanism.
I am considering getting Rad Bike Expand5 bikes and they sell this but I haven't researched who actually makes it. I suppose HollywoodRack

I ended up buying a motorcycle hitch mount carrier with a ramp from Harbor Freight for $169. I couldn’t afford an expensive carrier. It only holds one e-bike, but I’m by myself almost all the time. If my son wants to go with me, his e-bike is lighter, and fits in the back of my Maverick.
