Went from scheduled production week to no date at all

I’ve had a vin and a scheduled production week of next week for the last month on the tracker. Today, status is not scheduled for production with no date. Hard to understand…

Update: Went into production yesterday 2/23, no window sticker or modules populating yet, hopefully next week will be a good one!

Just did, they say now a production week of 2/27. Would be nice if Ford could keep their systems in sync and updated.

Just wait until one day it goes from "Built" to "Order Confirmed." But that heart-stopping moment usually turns into "Shipped" the very next day. Ford's tracker completely sux.

I stated in another thread that my dealer just told me alot of mavericks got pushed back a week when i had it for 02/20 then 02/22 then 02/24 to nothing at all..hoping he is correct

that’s exactly the date changes I’ve seen as well.

Spoke with the dealer about my scheduled "week" of 20-Feb. had slipped to 27-Feb. Seems to jive with others on this board. The tracker is a total piece of shit, completely worthless. I have zero patience for incompetence. How the fuck FoMoCo is run is way beyond me.

So I am in a similar boat (Oct 2021 order) with yet another pushback / tracker glitch. I was scheduled for the 2/15 and then 2/24 to find out this morning that my tracker has gone blank. I called Customer Service 2x today and got 2 slightly different answers.

The first gal told me that I am showing on her end a Build Date of 2/24 and a build week of 2/27 (yes, I know that it's backwards...) to which I asked follow up questions but didn't get much...

I tried calling again just a few minutes ago and spoke with a rep who said:
"You are showing a build week of 2/20-2/27 (monday to monday) with a build date of 2/24"

She admitted this is strange that the week starts and ends on a monday (2/20 - 2/27) but she seemed very confident in her statement AND that my build date is still showing as 2/24 - smack dab in the middle.

I asked her about today's forum posts and she confirmed that the tracker has been wonky, but that on her end it still looked 'okay'.

Hope this helps someone out there / perhaps we aren't out luck....yet(?)

Luckily, @skadizzle warned me that it was a GOOD sign, as "Shipped" came just a few hours later. Mine is somewhere in Colorado. I'm not pleased that Monday is a holiday, as my train ETA moved from 2/20 to 2/21 today. Truck should get there just in time for next week's snowstorm on Wednesday.

Mine started out at week of 3/27, then week of 3/20, now Wednesday 3/22. So far.
I'm just happy it got scheduled.

I had better make my 4th call to Customer Service since Friday morning haha. I too had those exact "dates"
