My build details are in my signature. My Maverick went into production on 3/14. I called Ford Marketing and chatted with an Agent on fords website. They both said the same thing. It is still showing as in production but has been produced. LOL What kind of sense does that make, if its been produced then wheres my built email. I pressured them both on the chat on fords website, and on the phone for any other information and they said thats all their system is showing. They did give me an estimated delivery window of 4/30-5/6. So I am not sure whats going on Im assuming its done and I just havent got the email yet. I've gotten all my emails from Ford on Thursdays and Fridays So I figured id have it by last night but it never came. My modules have been populated and I have an estimated delivery date so Im assuming its done. Has anyone else gotten a weird reply like that? Anyone know what I can expect? Im really hoping its not a chip hold as i do have Co Pilot 360. I have already been delayed twice so Im hoping its actually built this time. I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks

I ordered my Lariat FE Hybrid 07/07/2021 and it was shipped by 03/03/2022.

Moral of the story: Waiting game with plenty of patience and perseverance.

I waited 8 months. End of April Expected Deliver would place you at 7 months.
I received 6 emails with 3 being date changes, so it is normal. At least Ford is sending communication. I feel your pain.

Btw, those you spoke to just answer the phone, check status, make notes in the production file, and other customer service responsibilities, but they do not have the horsepower to change or make decision.

Well mine was produced with all modules populated and sat in production waiting on a spray in bed liner. Yours is prob waiting on something, or maybe its in QC. These are trucks, you're not gonna get an update every time Jose and Manuel turn a dang screw or put a bolt in like the dominoes delivery tracker. The truck is on its way, be patient.

I totally understand that and I dont expect updates like a Dominos Pizza but it was weird how they say its in production but has been produced thats kind of contradictory and does not make much sense.

like for example with yours they informed you that you were waiting for a spray in bedliner so at least you knew why you were waiting. The only thing I can think of with mine is it could be on chip hold for the CoPilot360 but why not alert me to that the same way you were alerted about your spray in bed liner. There are other people with Co Pilot and very similar specs to mine with same build date that have already received their built emails.

This same thing happened w our order. The production date was 3/7 (well it moved 3 times) and was stuck in that mode for 9 days, during this time all the modules filled, not sure exactly as I was just happy to get to production haha. On 3/16 we got the built email and then 2 days later shipped email. It has been on a railcar since. I got the railcar # off my dealers spreadsheet and call every few days. ETA April 2.

My modules had about 4 to 5 lines with no numbers. Than a couple days later they all had numbers. I believe mine was waiting on chip. Check to see if yours is missing.
I have the pilot 360. Mine is now shipped.

I was not informed it was waiting on the spray in bed liner. I inferred it based off of other posts on here with spray in bed liner saying in production for an extended period of time with all modules populated. Come to think of it have you checked to see if your modules are populated? That'll tell you if you're waiting on a chip. All the info you need is in the trackers tab at the top of the page.

Some emails get missed. We see it all the time around here. Someone calls customer service or their dealer to check in and find their unit has already scheduled, or already built. The delivery date seems reasonable for a Maverick finishing build now. Most of the shipping this month seems to have beaten delivery estimates in our region. Good luck!

Our Mavericks must have been down the assembly line at almost the exact same time, I suspect I would have also received a built email soon if it weren't for the SIBL which I don't see in your signature. Congrats

7C4-xx-xx is either the left or right side BLIS sensor that is part of the Copilot 360 package. I don't know if there is any way to tell from the as built site if they are shipping it without parts or not.
