I have a 2023 XLT, after I pull it into the garage I see a puddle of water under the rear end. It is directly under the spare tire. The roads are dry, I'm not using the A/C. When I crawl under there and look nothing appears wet. The other side of the spare tire rim seems to be dry. I haven't checked to see how long it takes before the water puddle appears. I do know the floor is dry when I pull out of the garage.

Where is this water coming from?

Yup. Condensation/water leaving your exhaust muffler through a weep hole.
Perfectly normal.

Heat exchanger is likely cracked. It is right there and everyone else who reported this had a failed heat exchanger.
I'd agree with that statement if the OP hadn't mentioned that the floor is dry when they leave. I'd expect antifreeze/coolant to stick around for awhile or not evaporate at all.

The failed exchangers leak when pressurized, which doesn't happen unless the vehicle has been running.

normal exhaust condensate doesn't leave a puddle. A few drops, yes. A puddle - no.

OP check the coolant reservoir.

normal exhaust condensate doesn't leave a puddle. it also usually doesn't appear after a typical drive because the components will be very hot.
Absolutely it does on my 15' Renegade and 12' Impala. Both will leave spots and the Impala leaves quite a bit as it's dual exhaust and direct injection. Water vapor is one of the byproducts of an internal combustion engine. My Maverick leaves a spot. See it every time I park it at work and I have yet to notice a fall in the level of the coolant tank.

An examination by the OP of the exchanger and exhast should be done. Should be easy to see if it's from the muffler or further up.
