They just called me with a passed over order. It’s basically my build with a moonroof and spray in. I passed because it would be another 2k vs mine and I’m scheduled so close now.

I ordered my cactus grey hybrid xl and ford confirmed the order on 9-15-2022 but just sitting there as a unscheduled clean build and hearing nothing -its kind of beyond frustrating

Yesterday was a big scheduling day, it goes in 4 week cycles where the off-weeks are usually "clean up".

I would encourage people without emails to check the pizza tracker just in case.

that doesn’t work for me. my order has never shown up online. also i don’t have a vin because i’m not scheduled.

I was 19, a few months ago I asked to be moved higher and they did it. Maybe I was first to ask, maybe they felt sorry for me. I have no idea.

I picked up the truck today. MSRP was honored without issue, including price protection ($500 increase on 2023s since we ordered). No hard sells, overall process was very easy. I did have to wait a while to get my docs signed, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Walnut Creek Ford is actually still family owned and they seem to care about their reputation. I had a good experience.
