I got the same email yesterday. Funny thing is my order is scheduled for build next week.

The dealers were told to put them in as 24's even if they had a scheduled 23, just in case. Once the 23 arrives, they will cancel the 24 order.

Check your spam folder. The email came from their CRM system and spam filters often catch those.

my order was confirmed on 9-15 xl hybrid with not much added on and just now getting rolled over to 24

well i responded to the email a few days ago. i didn't get a reply back, but hopefully everything goes smoothly tomorrow. i'm nervous! it would be a shame to wait this long and have it all fall apart.

The dealer sent out an email back on the 11th detailing the re-order procedure that you were supposed to reply to by last Friday.

The order banks won't open until 1:30 our time so I wouldn't expect any confirmations of reorders before that.

I never received the email. I texted Mark lst week, and he told me they would be reaching out over the weekend but never heard from them.
