Radio issues

Hi all. New comer here. Thanks for allowing me into the forum.
My issue is that the radio had no sound coming from it. When i turned the volume knobs I just heard a clicking sound. Did anyone experience the same?

Have you tried to rest it?

When I turned off engine and the restarted the truck. The radio functioned normally. First thought is, it may be a software issue of some kind.

Many issues with the NON Sync system. Most get it to fix itself after a reset or 2.

Reset the Infotainment System. Hold down the power & skip forward buttons for about 10 seconds, until the screen goes black. It will reboot at that point.

Also check your Source. Make sure it's on FM (or AM if you actually have AM you listen to).
