Vibration only between 30-40mph

I have a 23 XLT hybrid w/ 6K miles

Does it occur during acceleration, deceleration, or steady state? Electric or gas mode? Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or somewhere else?

I think it's while in electric mode accel or coasting only 30-40 never above or below and more of a noise than feel, sounds like passenger rear but
hard to tell

When I test drove a hybrid on fairly long drive, I don't remember any odd noises at the speeds you mention. Even when the ICE kicked in it was almost imperceptible under light loads. Maybe a visit to the service dept is in order. From my experience with concerns like this it requires you to be present with the technician on a test drive and point out the problem when it occurs. If they can duplicate the noise, it's also helpful if they have another truck on the lot with the same drivetrain to compare to so you can determine if it's normal or not.

I bought a used 2022 XLT Hybrid that had a noticeable vibration/shimmy right around 40-45 mph while accelerating to get on the highway then it would stop. Turns out the local Ford dealer had already been notified and had the part ready to instal. I think it was struts but I don’t remember exactly. It as covered by warranty and it drives great now.
