The dealership will let you know when the order arrives. But you have an app that is easy to check. What more to you want? The dealer to let you know every step of the way? Gotta be reasonable man.

What more do I want ? Well lets see. The dealership gets PAID to order and deliver my truck. Originally they ( the dealership - the one that "will let me know " ) said my truck would be in by November at the LATEST. Seeing that Hybrids weren't released until December 8th I must have missed them "letting me know " that it might be later.

Maybe I would have expected that since I ordered from them and they are getting paid to deliver - maybe they could have let me know I was scheduled for production the week of May 9th or possibly let me know that it is built and waiting to ship ? I still don't know WHEN it will ship but I do know I haven't heard A WORD from my super spectacular hometown dealership since ordering last August. Will they call me to let me know its is received ? Who knows but Ill make sure to contact THEM first so they are certain to not sell it out from under me stating - oh wow we didnt think you wanted it ..... yeah - I would like the dealership to at least forward the emails about production from Ford they receive. 100% they SHOULD be keeping their customers informed of the progress of an order - that would be reasonable man.
