Very annoying vibration in vehicle

I have called Ford and have opened a case with their consumer complaint dept. Actually talked to someone who was was going to get in touch with dealer to confirm. Am waiting for a responce if I don't get vfc one I will call back.
Yes I have driven in different modes and the vibration is not noticable in sport or tow. The normal mode is as bad as the echo mode, trans shifts down to fast and caused the engine to strain. They need to reprogram the normal mode to shift with less changes so early!. And no I should not have to drive in sport mode to be normal.

Yep I have the same problem on my 2024 Maverick, only two tranny modes have no vibration. The Ford guy on this forum contacted me to “look into this”. He told me to take it back to the same dealer who said they all have this problem. No help from Ford corporate or the dealer.
