Hi there was this covered on warranty? I’m at 49k and just start having this issue
It should be covered under the power train warranty. I bought the extended warranty on my 22 Hybrid and glad i did. juts under 90,000 miles and BOTH axles are bad. the 96 month 150,000 extended warranty just paid for itself, i hope!

My 2023 Hybrid just started with the front end vibration. Had new tires put on, all wheels balanced and front end aligned. Damn front end still vibrates under torque. Called the ford dealership and they acted like I am stupid and have no clue. After I told them I’ve done my research their tone changed. Let’s see how they intend to lie their way through this. In one of the posts it says Ford sent a memo out to all dealerships regarding this issue. To be continued

Took my car to dealer today told them what was happening and they took it for test drive in the freeway. They heard if the issue they asked me if I had the problem and I bought my tires and I told them NO! I told that’s why I bought the tires and no they ordered parts and it covered under warranty

Thank Gid for this forum that’s where I found out my issues. The problem is the axles that failed. Have test drive and they’ll fix the issue. Good luck

Yeah, don't let them blow smoke up your tailpipe. This is a known issue that is "fingers crossed" addressed in the 2025's. Only time and miles on the new parts will tell the rest of the story. If you have shuddering get it into the dealer and tell them CV axles is the place to start looking.

thanks guys, my 23 maverick has 58k miles and it started the front axle vibration. We brought it in and told them exactly what was on this thread and they are covering it under powertrain. Barely squeaked under the warranty, and probably would have gone over without seeing the issue here.

I'm experiencing the same thing in my 2022 XLT AWD Ecoboost. I have just over 22K on it. Thought the tires might need balancing. Took it to a tire dealer and they said all the tires were defective. After I had the new tires on it it seemed better for about 20 miles than it got worse. Don't think they were trying to rip me off with the tires as I had some issues with the tires. But yeah guessing the Right front CV joint is biting the dust. Could be more than that. Problem is that it takes 3 weeks now to get an appointment at my dealer. Horrendous. Does it take everyone else that long or is it that my dealer doesn't have the people or facilities to do repairs in a timely manner? Thinking I will be saying goodbye to my Maverick after I get the repairs done. Never had any axle issues on previous cars until I hit like the 90k mark if even then. Had cars over 100k and never had to replace an axle. just 22k is unacceptable.
Hello. I have a 2022 xlt awd with 79000kms. I have started to get a heavy vibration while excelerating, but only going straight. I am thinking it is an axle. Thanks for sharing your experiences with your issue.
