It's great to have the flexibility of a vehicle like the Maverick, with the choice to carry cargo inside in the back, out back in the bed, and/or to tow a bunch of cargo. Whatever you need to do, the (hybrid) Mav can do it with great fuel efficiency.

Could probably save some room by updating from those early 80s lawn chairs. 😂

Tonneau cover, bed bars, cargo carrier, and hitch carrier makes it possible to pack way too much for vacation.

That's awesome. Interested what brand bed bars you have that works with a tonneau cover. Roll up or trifold tonneau?

Lol, didn’t notice them at first. Those look near mint condition as well. Been looking for the sister style with the soft plastic tubing wrapped around the aluminum frame and could adjust both the top and leg areas to any odd angle and it had the unique ability to collapse without warning and loose a finger or two.

I made the bed bars myself. Modeled then after Billie bars. Some unistrut inside the bed, bent sheet metal for the uprights and square tubing for the cross bars. Billie bars uses 80/20 aluminum but for my purposes the square tubing is good enough. My only mistake is not going wide enough with the brackets. Can get my roll up tonneau through with some massaging. It's not ideal but it works. Let me know if anyone wants the drawings for the components.

Interested in your build, however no rush, too hot now, mid October at the earliest for me.
