Looks decent but I'm still bummed that's replacing Hot Pepper Red. That color really stands out in the sun. This new one looks more like a brick red which is just okay, not great. The HPR is an orange red which is very unique. I mean, just look at my avatar. Sun beating right on it (y)

One of my least favorite colors, I always refer to it as old man red.
I don't know, the Ruby Red is pretty, but maybe I am just an old man (45).

So do the hybrids not come with the badge on the tailgate now?

No Hybrid or AWD badges at all! Personally, I'm all for it - much prefer the cleaner look with only the stamped tailgate.

Yep, it does say 19x7.5 wheels. I assume the Lobo and Black Appearance package wheels are that width also.

This is a big deal for going with wider tires. 7" rims technically accept 255s, but I've done it and they bulge quite a bit. 7.5 would be much better.

hmm..

actually, it looks like 265/45-19 exist. they're horrifically expensive, but that's going to be a good tire option for Lobos or anyone using a factory 19" on a street truck build. (edit: checked a few 265/45-19 summer tires. they list 8.0" minimum wheel width, but it's still better to have wider for a 245/50-19.)

Interesting to see the knob layout for the lariat with 4k tow and no pro trailer or pro backup. There's been a few people who have gotten deliveries with the pro trailer and pro backup so they must have been early job 2 test runs.

Where did you read this? No one on the MTC forums threads have claimed this yet. This would be awesome if true.

Color preferences can change with age. As a young man, I hated any red. Hated it. My Maverick is HPR, and my wife's XC40 is red. Several of my Miatas and my RX7 were red. I think I went red in 1991 with the Miata and never looked back.

40K before taxes and fees, yikes! So much for the 19,995$ days.
Sadly, everything’s like this. Crapp cars used to be 1k now 5k minimum for beaters barely running. I’m not even mad paying the more money as long as it’s reliable.

just sucks in general.
