Looked around New River Valley/ Roanoke/ Lynchburg/ and Southwest VA, all want at least $2500 and most want at least $5000

It’s actually $10,000 over MSRP.

For what it is worth, I ordered from Beach Ford (here in Virginia Beach). I don’t have a build date yet, but the ADM on my signed paperwork was only $495.

There is a dealer near me with $10,000 ADMs on Mavericks off the lot. I ordered mine from another dealer.

You are correct it's actually 10K. didn't look into details and hoped it had some more options are something, but 10k markup

I ordered XLT Lux, FX4, 4K from Sheehy Ford in Midlothian on 1/18. No ADM on order sheet had a build date of 3/7 a week later and also had them sign the order sheet and got in writing that the price will not be increased from MSRP.

Im locked in to msrp on my order from Oct 2nd rapid red First Edition AWD from this dealer. Kind surprised at the mark up on this XL? I was there in November and they had a well equipped XLT/Fx-4 for right at 30k. Ive bought over 15 vehicles from them over the years, great folks!

Just wanted to update on Sheehy Ford of Richmond. I picked up my Maverick Saturday. They honored both the $750 coupon and x-plan which put me at 32k out the door but then my girlfriend insisted on the extended service lol which wasnt that bad. All in all I give them 4 out of 5. If you go up there ask for Justin Waggoner, hes a fellow Maverick order guy himself and didnt seem to be the typical salesman guy. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a buddy of mine the whole time with him.

Ordered an XLT in August 2021. Took delivery June '22. NO ADM - they sold it at MSRP. Tried (not very hard) to push some sort of clearcoat, but backed off immediately when I refused.

Koons Woodbridge Ford. They were easy to work with and didn't mark it up at all. If you're buying off the lot, expect to pay 3-5K markup, from what I've seen.
