USB port in back of center console…. Always powered???

I just got my Maverick last night. This morning I was checking everything out and it seems like the USB port in the rear center console is powered even with the truck off??? Can anyone confirm or if it’s possible to make it ignition on only, by moving a fuse like in my Ram 1500???
