USB and Lighter power?

I’ve got a ‘25 Hybrid Lariat. I haven’t had any battery issues or any other problems at all. In the interest of not causing myself any trouble, once the ignition is off and the doors are closed, how long does power go to the USB Outlet and the Cigarette Lighter style plug on the lower dash? I’d like to use the USB Outlet in the long term and want to avoid draining the battery if I forget to unplug from it during extended parking or storage.

I believe it’s 15-20 minutes, that’s how long the radio will stay on if you turn off the truck and sit in it. FWIW I have a 150w usb c charger in the 12v socket, charges my laptop. Never had an issue with no starts.
