Have you checked the front end to make sure that all of the sensors are clear of debris and clean? Sometimes when one or more of the sensors are particularly dirty you can get that message.

Mabett has one, it’s awesome and built like a tank! Unfortunately, I was unable to find a mounting position on my ‘25 Lariat Hybrid where it didn’t drive my parking/anti-collision sensors crazy, and ended up returning it.

Could it be oil that spilled onto the skid plate while draining? If they didn’t use a funnel or some kind of hose, that seems likely.
