Now time to change out the front and rear turn signals too.

You have two LED type options: Plug-n-play or add resistor ...... when you go to research you will see what I mean. Many owners have changed it using either.
Plug-n-Play: LasFit
Add Resistor: Most if not all other brands (this is to stop hyperflashing)

I was wondering if anyone had this brand these they look like they would work better than the Lasfit ones. How have they held up?

How do they look like they would “work better?” They just plug in. They both just plug in. Unless I’m missing something, the Lasfit are plug-n-play, no additional steps.

They are doing fine. Cant say better or worse than the Lasfit. But definitely no problems out of them. That being said, I have changed out almost all of my other bulbs with Lasfit

I probably will change all of mine as they go out but the reverse lights in these trucks is just pitiful. I'm not waiting on that one.

Seems I don't think the OEM halogen reverse lights were as bad as many do. I sprung for the $25 upgrade (Amazon) and installed Alla LED replacements last week. I'm disappointed that there wasn't a big improvement between the Alla LED's and the OEM halogens., and I'm thinking the halogens weren't really so bad. Besides seeming to get better reviews, I have noticed that the Alla LEDs are only 7 or 8 watts compared to Lasfit's 15W. So I've ordered replacement's from LasFit ($37 after 10% disount). For an extra $12, hopefully I'll see a bigger difference with the 15W LasFit LEDs. I'll be returning the set that is inferior.

I used the full Lasfit kit, and the difference was astounding. Now you can be sure people can't miss your brake lights.

UPDATE/15W Lasfit Backup/Reverse LEDs Brighter Than 8.5W Alla Lighting LEDs: After being far less than astounded by the Alla Lighting backup/reverse LEDs' improved brightness (vs OEM halogen), as planned I replaced the 8.5W Alla Lighting LEDs with the 15W Lasfit backup/reverse LEDs. To me, in the comparison where it matters most (on my display) the 15W Lasfit LEDs clearly are the brighter of the two. I'd still say the OEM halogens were not so bad, but I've returned the Alla Lighting LEDs and I'm keeping the Lasfits. Note: Original images (with tree) are Alla Lighting vs OEM Halogen; Images without tree are Alla Lighting vs Lasfit backup/reverse LEDs.

Just one thing...LED bulbs work at much lower watts than do halogens: a good example is when I replaced the make-up 120V filament bulbs in my wife's bathroom with 6 W LED bulbs, the difference was astounding. The original filament bulbs were 60 watts. Halogens are not nearly as efficient as LEDs.

The Lasfits are rated at 1600 lumens. Anyone know how many with the OEM halogens?

Can't remember exactly what bulb they are. 3156/3157? It's not much.

In comparison, the Diode Dynamics are only 310 lumens. I'd take LASFITS "up to rating" with a grain of salt.
