It seems the app updated overnight, now total mileage not showing, oil life mileage, and tire pressure not showing. Anyone else seen issues and know the fix?

iPhone or Android? I'm using version 5.17.0 on an iPhone and do not have those issues.

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone or uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I have rebooted the phone. Deleted the app and re- installed. Still no luck.

I looked at the FordApp connection properties on the infotainment center and it just spins.

IOS is updated. We also own an Escape and it is showing properly. I think it has something to do with the truck. I ran the software upade in the truck and it didn’t find anything.

This worked for me on my 2024 XL 2.0 and my uncle on his 2023 XLT Hybrid. Hope it might for you.

Restart your phone and do not go into the Ford Pass app. at 1st. Hook the phone to the truck, wifi preferred at the start but not necessary. Use Bluetooth or straight connect with a charger wire if wifi is not available. (If it is available at the start of the truck make sure after the 2 to 3 minutes, described below, that you to go to either Bluetooth or use the charging wire to the ubc port.) Start the truck and let it idle for about 2 to 3 minutes then drive it for at least 15 to 20 miles. Again, let it idle for about 2 minutes then unhook the phone from the truck -wifi-data-or plugged in. Turn off the truck and go back into the Ford Pass App. (This should be the 1st time you have been in the Ford Pass app. since turning your phone on.) Everything should be working at this point.

I now have a 2025 Xl 2.0 and had to do it on my last update for the tire pressure monitors results to show. Worked as well.

Make sure your truck isn't in sleep mode. The app won't show any info if your truck is in sleep mode.

I just updated mine on my iPad and iPhone and both work. There is a, what I think, is new location service. I don’t remember that being there before and was surprised earlier that it didn’t have it maybe it just did not work for me before).

Update: I took the Maverick to the dealer. After an electrical test, they had to replace the TCU unit and re-program the BCE module and now everything is fixed.
