Unidentified Rubber Piece under the Hood

Hi All…

Does anyone know what this rubber piece is for. This is on the 2025 2.0L EcoBoost. It’s located to the left of the engine when looking under the hood. It’s rubber and feels cushiony as if it’s filled with air or a liquid. I’m hoping someone knows what this is.

Okay. That makes sense. I couldn’t find one on the other end of the engine. I guess it’s better hidden from view.

On the right (driver) side look for a metal arch on top of the "frame" rail. I think the Eco engines have the 12V battery above it. Easy to see on Hybrids.
