Does anyone know how to wire the tweeters and door speakers to a passive crossover? All the tutorials and videos I found either have someone not using a crossover or mounting the tweeters to the doors and not the factory locations.

I want to know how to route the wires through the door hinge looms, if it's even possible with this vehicle.

I'm hooking everything up to a kicker key 200.4

There is a video at caraudiofabrication.com (not sure which) that demonstrates wiring through the existing front door boot. It involves locating unused pins in the existing connector body and drilling them larger to accommodate speaker wires. Using this method, you could mount the crossovers in the door and run new wiring to the tweeter. https://www.caraudiofabrication.com/

If it were me, I would mount the crossovers behind the glove compartment and use the existing door speaker wiring for the woofers, unplug the factory tweeter wiring and run new tweeter wiring.
That is what I did for my Key 200.4, only I didn't use passive crossovers, opting for active front stage.
