Truck bed mattress/pad

There have been several posts around creating elevated beds, and beds that fit with the tents. My truck has a cap, and I plan on sleeping in the back for a camping trip coming up. I'm short, 5'3", so I can fit in the truck bed without having to keep it open which makes it a very nice mini camper option for me. However, the truck bed dimensions with the tailgate up make it difficult to find a mattress/pad option.

So I wanted to see if anyone else here had found something that worked well for that, if not I'll keep shopping around kid camping gear options and hope I find something suitable. Thanks!

Check this thread. There is a mattress that is pretty close. You may have to slightly underinflate it, but should be enough. I've also seen people buy those kindergarten mats made of squares and piecemeal it together for a mat.

Check this out and it should be great. Just throw your mattress and pad on top and you have storage underneath for camping supplies/items.

Lol, got a used in good condition for under 100. Looks comfortable. Have a big dog that shares my bed during thunderstorms. Tempted to get one. Does it fit between wheel wells?
