Transmission vent cap wet on 2023 2.0 ecoboost?

Bought my 2023 maverick new and put 10,000 miles on it, after looking around under the hood I noticed the transmission vent cap is wet, is this normal or is this indicative that the transmission could've possibly been overfilled from the factory?
