I ordered 3, 2023 mavericks at the same time. Two were delivered, 1 XL hybrid was rolled over into a 24 or I thought. It was COVP, ordered within the time frame, and used the same order number. When I got to the dealership to buy what I thought was the 24 rollover, I was told there was no transition/private offer in my name. They searched, I called another dealership, called Fords marketing department, escalated as much as I could and no could find it.
I think I know what the problem is but no one can help me. Hoping someone has some insight... Why I believe I didn't get the offer was the salesperson placed all Mavericks under the same order#. When I would call Ford support to check on the orders, they could never find the 3 trucks . They could only pull up one. The other 2 they could never find. They would just say you ordered 1 and it was delivered. Though 1 person did figure out a way to find all 3 and said they shouldn't be all under the same order#. So obviously the salesperson screwed up.
I really want to be able to get and use the offer but right now there's just no one that knows what to do.
