Traction Control and ABS Brakes

I do not see where the Maverick Hybrid is getting any kind of traction control or ABS brakes. I am wondering how this vehicle will handle on slippery surfaces. As I got stuck once again with my F150 and had to switch to 4-wheel mode I realized the vehicle has an open differential and no TCS. I guess I an realizing the Maverick might be the same except for the front wheel drive. Does anyone think it needs it?

It seems that this is a true 3rd generation drivetrain with all the bugs worked out. The details I worry about and many I don't know about seem to have all been dealt with. This vehicle is far from a raw or stripped down implementation of a new technology.
