It is working again..


Is the tracker down for anyone else today (Sunday the 23rd)? It was working fine for me yesterday

it says
“We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.”

mine should be finishing up the build process and might be getting close to the shipping step…

I noticed the same exact thing when I checked a bit ago.

Yes down for me as well says my order # and VIN is invalid.

FORD is doing a great job of making Quality NOT JOB 1!!!!

Canadian site isn't working aswell, yesterday the tracker went from built and waiting to be shipped back to order confirmed. I keep checking today to see if it will update and say shipped but it's broke!

I'm going past my scheduled build day of 4/22. Maybe it gets built today.

It should based on what mine did and others I’m seeing. It’s. Been popping up in production the day after it was scheduled. Since yesterday was Sunday likely the plant was closed

Another tracking question...

When you check your VIN for a built (or nearly built) truck on the https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt page, do you have anything under the PCM Modules?

I have heard that sometimes they show up at the bottom of the list below the BCE, but other times I have seen people with them listed under the PCM Modules like below:

yes I have found the tracker is buggy at best

And the rep went to the tracker website and SHE TOO go: t We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.
