how are you getting the app to show up on your screen?
I use Torque Pro on all my vehicles, but have only connected via my tablet on the Mav.

You need to download AA-Torque App

AA Torque is an unofficial plugin designed to bring data from the Torque Pro app directly onto your car's Android Auto display.
Since Android Auto doesn't natively support full OBD2 (On-Board Diagnostics) dashboards, this app acts as a bridge, allowing you to monitor engine health, boost levels, temperatures, and custom PIDs on your car’s infotainment screen instead of having to look at your phone.

And if you have a newer phone you need aawireless 1 or 2 in developer mode or else aa torque won't appear on Android auto app list.
