How does it hold up during car washes (or is it standard to take it off before going in the wash?) Admittedly I've done zero research but was curious about a Maverick owner's experience.
It holds up great. Really no signs of wear... I've only used a carwash 8 or 10 times over the last 2.5 years...

I put a Sentry CT on my daughter's Maverick. I really liked it, but the stitching will rot if you don't use protectant.

I bought this one on Amazon:
TOMOKA 4.6ft (54.4") Soft Roll-Up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover Compatible with 2022 2023 2024 2025 Ford Maverick 4.5ft Bed
Ford Maverick Tonneau cover for 2025 model. 1744756455216-hm

So far, I like it. Especially for the Price!
Nice clean install, though the clamps are a bit large.
It has 3 Bows for support, attached to the cover itself (with Velcro)
And don't use the extra seal they send as it may hold water.
On mine the bulb seal on the front rail is sufficient, and the gap on the bed rails can be filled a dab of black Urethane sealant.
The best thing, VERY low profile when rolled up!
No its not as secure as a hard cover, but to me, "Out of sight out of mind" is 90%+ of security.

it has a 5 year warranty - surely you got her a brand new one - Have Had mine on early 2022 till feb 2025 - no special care and solid as a rock - no fading, leaking, rotting at any detectable level ..... Michigan ...

He’ll no!😊 I didn’t get a brand new one. It looks great BTW, but I have seen them with rotted stitching. It’s essentially convertible top material and UV damage is a thing, especially in southern states.

I decided to go with the Rough Country hard tri-fold cover on my wife's new Maverick. I have the Rough Country hard flip up on my F-150...so both styles. Neither one leak if you take your time and really get it installed right. I have to say that I like the fit and finish of the hard flip up a little better, but it is a little more expensive. Here's a pic of the one I put on the Maverick.

I had the Ford version of the Truxedo Truxport on my Ranger, 3 years, plenty of washes, snow, salt, etc. It looked brand-new when I traded it for my new Maverick. I got the Maverick version of the same cover. It took about 20 minutes to install and I'm happy to say that I am just as happy with the new one as I was the old. They're available through the Ford Accessories website and ship free to your local dealer.

I have the Truxedo Sentry hard roll up on the 24 Lariat Hybrid, and just installed the Ford (same as the Revolution X2) hard roll up on the other Maverick, a 24 Tremor.

The Sentry is a better cover, in my opinion. It looks better, mand seals better.

i ruled the hard flip covers out.

I debated on a hard roll up cover, but I didn't know how the finish would hold up. Since her truck sits outside at work I was worried about it and felt like the aluminum would do ok.....we shall see i guess!

You have any pics of your roll ups?
