Ticking noise from driver's side above 56 mph

22 Maverick hybrid with 13000 miles.
We were on a 650 mile trip and started to hear a ticking noise from the driver's side. It sounded like it was coming from under the dash or engine compartment. Oddly we found it only made the noise once we got up to 56 mph. It didn't matter if it was was running on ICE or EV, so I didn't think it was the engine. When we got back home I looked under the truck. Everything seemed fine.

This is what was making all the noise!
A tag on the axel started to peel off and was slapping the stabilizer link.

Reminds me of a variation of the car story of a rattle in the car that can't be found. Upon stripping the interior a bottle with a note left behind during assembly is found. The note reads, "Rattles, don't it?"

is this a problem on the 2024 model i have the 2.0 eco boost is that tag still there bc its making a ticking noise that coincidentally sounds like a sticker coming off and smacking something how do i get it off
