Just ordered a 24 atlas blue Maverick XL and I am very excited about it. I’m wondering what people think of the Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the mavericks? I’m also wondering if anyone put them on 17” wheels and if they’ve got any pictures?

There is only one size of Ridge Grappler in a 17" that might fit, and it's a 245/65-17 which is a size people have used both lifted and stock height. Some with 1.5 or 2" lift go even bigger, but Your Mileage May Vary.

The Ridge Grappler is very popular on 4WD trucks, Jeeps and Broncos. I've never had a set, though. I've bought the BFG A/T K02 or Falken Wildpeak instead, every time, because both of them have the 3 peak snowflake rating and I drive in snow and ice. I have heard the Ridge Grappler is not great in the snow, and it doesn't have the 3 peak.

I can't speak specifically to those tires on a Maverick, but I've always loved Nitto tires on my other vehicles. I never had one fail, fwiw. I think Nitto makes good tires.

Tire recommendations really depend on what size you're planning on going with. Things change a lot with availability and weight depending on size. The Falken Wildpeak AT3w are the best all around AT tire I've ever used. Relatively light, super comfortable and composed on road and super quiet compared to any other AT I've tried including the Kumho Road venture AT2 tires I'm currently running

I think they are some of the ugliest tires and they really are not that great either.

Wildpeaks are where it's at.

I have Nitto Nomad Grapplers on my Maverick. They are 3 peak rated for snow use.. Everyone comments on how quiet they are. They are smooth riding and so far great in snow. They are also made for small trucks /suvs and and fairly light weight.. I would recommend them.

I've run the Nitto's on my F150 for a while now. Always been a good wet traction tire for me. Smooth ride as well.
