Thermal R&D exhaust on lowered '25 LOBO

I have the type x - but should have installed the type s like you did. Type X is way too loud for me. I discussed ad nauseam in a separate thread…

I could only find the type s, even on their site...weird. You prob wouldn't like the type s either, it's much louder than the thermal, but I'm more than happy about that.

I'm used to obnoxiously loud exhausts, I had an 02 Z06 cammed with kooks headers, x-pipe, and borla. No cats, VERY loud, but oh so beautiful sounding

Just a quick update, thermal sent me a return label, packed up the exhaust in the borla box (original got used in an oil change emergency), and dropped it off at the UPS store yesterday. If nothing else, thermals customer service turned out to be pretty awesome.

It's good that you didn't compromise and just live with something you were not happy with..

I have a stock height 2025 XLT and I didnt have any of the issues that you had. I did have to put jacks at a few points in order to get the exhaust where i wanted it at but once i tightened all of the clamps/sleeves, the exhaust hung exactly where I wanted it to
