Thermal R and D Exhaust

It seems this exhaust blocks the spare and is very close to it. This is an issue for me. Can anyone that has this exhaust on a Lobo please comment

You can make a ton of slack in the spare tire cable when lowering it and the tire will slide rearwards. It looks like there is some overlap with the exhaust based on those pictures, but nothing that would make the spare tire anywhere near unusable.
