Thermal exhaust Lobo too loud

I recently put on the 3" Thermal exhaust on my 2025 Lobo.
Very loud.
I want to change out the muffler.
Any recommendations?

Why get a thermal exhaust if you didn't want the noise? What brand did you get? Most videos i've seen they sound great.

Too loud for you while driving, or too loud for your neighbors?

If it's loud for you driving, you can try an add-on tailpipe, sometimes the pressure waves are hitting back on bodywork and make it louder inside than it should be. Get the exit a little further away from bumper and it might reduce it.

My Borla catback for my Lobo was painfully droney & terribly loud.

Don’t these aftermarket companies test & tune them in house before selling them? The Maverick is a high volume selling truck - Truck Of The the Year fcol!

I ended up clamping on an additional aftermarket resonator to make the Borla acceptable…

What resonator did you go with?

I used the one below because it fit my Borla setup. You may want to do a forum search - others have had issues with the Thermal & used brand “Vibrant” to improve sound.
