I had the same issue with my 2021 Ranger Lariat. Never failed to start, but the pass app was unavailable more times than I could count. Only had it for a year and only 8k on odometer.

I have issues with the preset start times it will work 1 out of 10 times then it will finally say could not connect. Lock and unlock works maybe 60% of the time
