Thank you! I had hoped that they were an honest dealership but obviously they are not! Here are some links for reviews if anyone would like to say anything about their dishonest. @ Ford Motor Company - do you condone this unethical service?

Please call the Ford Complaint Line and report that the dealership lied to you and sold your vehicle to someone else.

Tim @fordvideoguy says to report this kind of behavior as a complaint where it holds more weight and maybe even results in some penalty to the dealership.

Wonder if they’ll delete my customer experience or if they can adjust the “likes”? I did get 3 more calls from 386 yesterday but didn’t answer any of them. Pretty disheartening to think companies can just keep the good reviews 😕
Yelp has been sued in the past and won in regards to manipulation of reviews. They can and do hide good reviews but if you are a larger advertiser with them Ta da - those "not recommended" positive reviews find their way to the front and those pesky negative reviews get sent over to the hidden pile. Yelp is totally bogus.

No, Google posts pretty much every review and they cant be manipulated. Only way they take down a review is if it is racist or threatening.

Now the bad news -
Heres what dishonest companies do is purchase reviews to counterbalance the bad ones. I looked at GY Ford's reviews - they have 4,640 reviews which in itself is hard to believe however if you start looking at some of the BS reviews you will realize they have quite a machine running churning out BS reviews to bury the real crappy ones. Thake this one -

A month ago my husband I have been working with Salesman Hunter in designing the perfect truck. Hunter has kept us informed every step of the way during the build process until it arrived. Once it arrived we met Crystal a Business Manager she was quick through and very professional. I Love Hunter and Crystal’s upbeat enthusiastic attitude. They are AWESOME!!!
Then we met Bjorn in the service department. He put the final customized touches to our new vehicle. Trust me when we say we are impressed!
They listened and provided answers to all of our questions. Even after post sell they are still assisting us.
If you are ready for your next Ford be sure to request Hunter and Crystal you won’t be disappointed. When your ready to customize ask for Bjorn he’s the go to guy!

First - NO customer would ever write this review. - They designed a truck and it took a month to build and arrive uh huh. Possibly they pay real customers for reviews they themselves have written or they are just fabricated by some person in a foreign country but looking at the many reviews they are certainly BS.

Well hopefully people do what they do on Amazon and that’s look at all the critical reviews first to get reasons why they should not buy something or go there? Best case scenario, we shamed them for about a week and maybe FoMoCo saw some of this and has reduced their allocation!🤞🏻
