I would take that over the absolute silence we get from Ford Canada. All information goes to your dealer so you are left in the dark and fed snippets of information if you take the time to ask either the dealer or Ford Customer Service.

I agree. I actually appreciate getting something. Even if it is just telling me to keep waiting. At least I know they haven’t lost my order.
