The owner bought the car used (12,000 miles) and it's still under a GM warranty but the claim was denied because of loctite found on a part during disassembly.

Red Loctite on a tiny bolt in the cabin. Yeah, I'd void that warranty claim too. Dumb.

Chevy Corvette C8... didn't Chevy deny many a warranty claim because someone actually drove their car exactly as stated in the manual and they denied it when the powertrain blew? Turned out to be a defect.

I don't know about Chevy and Corvette but I know there was a big brew HaHa with Toyota and they're supposedly sports oriented cars.

Nice! And thankfully, owners pushed back and now have multiple claims that any reasonable jury could find for the plaintiffs. "Initially denied" means justice is working prior to going to court.
