Howdy everyone, just stopped in to introduce myself as just another one of the many in line waiting for their maverick. Just pulled the trigger today after a pretty long test drive afforded to me by the nice people at chalmers Ford here in New Mexico and put my deposit down on a velocity blue maverick AWD with the 4k towing package. Have to say, even with them only having a FWD eco boost on hand for test driving purposes i was still impressed by the overall build quality of this little pickup. Doors give a nice reassuring thunk when closed and just the overall feel of the interior feels solid. Anyway, they gave me a build time of anywhere between 6-8 months based on how long it has been taking Ford to get allocations to them, so I hope to be the proud owner of one of these little pickups soon. Take care everyone and appreciate that there’s a forum for this vehicle where we can all share information :)

no issues with that on my end, I’ve waited on a custom order for a vehicle before and it affords me more time to build up even more of a down payment lol

Ordered mine from Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho N.M last June. My hybrid is built and I'm waiting to get shipping notice. Eta says 12/22 but who knows.. And yes they all are very nice folks there.
