Tailgate noise - rolling object sound

Ok when I open my tailgate there’s something rolling around inside of it. Sounds like someone lost their 10mm inside of of it. I would take off the service plate but it has SIBL. Also found a washer nut random inside.

The spray in liner doesn't make a difference when removing the service cover if it's factory SIBL. When I took mine off to install the power tailgate lock harness and actuator it came right off as if they had sprayed it separately. I don't know if Line-X or other companies do the same.
